• Service agreements
  Novatek's technicians service our own and other companies' wastewater treatment plants and incoming water treatment plants. Many of our customers have fixed service agreements, where we provide both preventive maintenance and repairs if necessary. This results in low and predictable maintenance costs. We carry out such services for all our customers, wherever they are.

• Instant service
  We travel to our customers at very short notice if problems arise to ensure operation and limit any damage

• Technical/solution selection
  We tailor solutions to customer needs. As a system house, Novatek has extensive experience in customizing equipment in terms of capacity, location and ease of operation. Through dialog with the customer, we build facilities that will work for both current and future needs. We also have a very solid supplier base with a high level of expertise in their products, which ensures the "right" delivery to all customers.

• Emissions/regulatory requirements
  Novatek can apply for or assist customers in applying for emission permits where necessary. We have good knowledge of current regulations and can also advise our customers so that they can meet the regulatory requirements themselves.

Novatek supplies consumables and spare parts for all our equipment. This can be obtained at short notice.

• Analyses
  We carry out analyses in accordance with the pollution regulations/self-monitoring scheme, so that our customers can document their emissions and at the same time control the efficiency of their own treatment plants.

• Verification of processes
  Novatek conducts tests in its own laboratory to verify that the purification processes we sell will work properly. This includes tests with vacuum evaporators, Blueguard, ion exchange, filtration, membrane systems or precipitation chemicals. We also have test units for Blueguard in different sizes, where testing can be carried out at the customer's premises. We also have larger vacuum evaporators for larger trials at the customer or at Novatek.

Novatek assembles all the equipment we supply. This also applies to subsystems and complex components for final assembly.

We also build mobile solutions such as container-based solutions. We also assemble complete systems according to drawings and specifications that have been designed.
